1. Use of this site can be done anonymously. Our company is sensitive to privacy issues, and our software will not extract nor store your personal information automatically when you visit our site. Even if you vote in an online survey, your identity remains anonymous.

2. When you place an inquiry or order, your personal and business information will be stored securely in our systems. It will be protected by passwords and encryption. We will never give or sell this information to any other party, unless we have your permission. And the only way that you can give 'permission' is by checking an option like this one on one of our interactive forms:

3. If you order or pay by credit card, that information won't be permanently stored in our systems. It will only be used to complete the transaction, and then it will be deleted. We've developed this policy because customers requested it, and if you are a return customer, re-entering your credit card information is no big deal.
