A Print-on-Demand Company...

A printer from Ohio called us and explained that his number of clients was growing. In fact, it was growing too fast, and as a result, his staff couldn't keep up with the phone calls and customer service. He needed software to quickly lookup the status of the customer's print job. Also, he needed his small customer service staff to handle this growing number of clients, because he had no more office space to hire new staff.

The printer was very happy when we suggested a web-based extranet site, which would track the status of every print job and it would allow his customers to login and retrieve their own job status. As a result, DLC was hired to create his web site, and today, his customer service dept. is (a) more organized with records, (b) they receive very few calls about job status, and (c) the small staff can support 8x the number of customers.

A Growing Professional Association...

The President of an Atlanta-based association called us recently, because their webmaster was a volunteer and no longer had enough time to "keep up" with maintaining the web site. They'd heard about DLC from another association, and wanted to demo our system.

In an live demonstration, the association President was amazed at the "ease of use" of maintaining a web site with DLC Extranet. No programming was involved, so the association officers would be able to edit content directly! Web pages, calendar records, and member records were all a few clicks away.
