About Us Who are we? And where did we come from? In 1998, Daniel Lampert founded a new company to help organizations manage their web information independently. It was a radical concept at the time. Most web design firms were producing web sites that required the vendor to make all of the changes and updates. However, we wanted to give that power to the "owners" of the web content. So, the workload would be distributed among the staffpeople at the client company. This concept, although a departure from the norm, had benefits that were very clear. Bottle-necks in workflow would be avoided, and programming costs would decrease. Over the years, our solutions became feature-rich and have scaled up to handle the largest of databases. We've earned business from small, medium, and large companies. We've even done work for a Fortune 100 company, who realized the cost-saving aspects of content management and records management. Today, we continue to add new features that serve all our clients. Well, that's how DLC Corporation was born. Reliving our early years is something we're not going to do here. Sure, we started in content management, but that's only a small part of our design and consulting landscape today.
